Important advises for wearing and buying contact lenses

• At least two times a year and when you buy your first lenses visit a qualified eyecare professional and have your eyes examined!
• Your contact lenses prescription usually differs from your glass prescription!
• Do not buy and wear contactlenses of a brand and type that your eyecare professinal did not remmend to you before!
• Get your information from him/her regarding wearing and using your lenses. Do not trust all the information on the internet.

Liabilities

• When you order contactlenses on this site you admit that you had your eyes examined by an eyecare professional within the last 6 months and the ordered type of lenses were recommeded by him or her.
• Our company do not take responsibility on health damages due to wearing and using contactact lenses. Please always read and observe the instructions of the product mannual. We can not take responsibilities on the damages caused by ignoring these intrstructions, neither.

Informations on buying

• You can use our website as an ordenary webshop. All of our prices include VAT. We delivery only to Romania.

 Guarantee, cancelling your order

• You can cancel your order within 8 working days after you received the ordered products. We pay back your money withing 8 days after we received the goods from you. Please tell us when you want to cancell your order as soon as possible by ordinary mail, e-mal, or by phone.
• When you cancel the order after you received the products:

  • you have to bear all additional cost if there are any
  • we can not pay back packing and shipping cost
  • you can receive the money only after we received the products from you
  • we cannot pay your money back if you have opened the box of the product
  • you have to include your orignal invoice, receipt
